Key technology of engineering design and construction mode practice of Fendou reservoir in Heilongjiang Province

摘要 在冬季严寒漫长、极端最低气温达到-40℃地区,水利工程受冻融破坏严重,为了提高坝的整体抗渗、抗冻性能,严控工程设计、施工关键技术指标,保证工程质量。本文以奋斗水库工程建设过程为例,从精细设计、流程工艺、防渗体系、温控措施等技术难题的解决,以及奋斗水库PPP建设方案、模式运转和操作流程方面进行阐述,可为类似工程提供借鉴。 Hydraulic projects are seriously damaged by freeze-thaw cycling in the region where the winter is cold and long and the extreme minimum temperature reaches-40 ℃.To improve the overall impermeability and anti-freezing indexes of the dam,the key technology indexes of the design and construction should be controlled strictly to ensure the quality of the project.Taking the construction process of Fendou Reservoir as an example,this paper expounds the technical problems such as fine design,process technology,seepage control system,temperature control measures,as well as the operation mode and operation process of the PPP construction scheme of Fendou Reservoir.The construction of the project can provide reference for the similar projects.
