摘要
本文以黑龙江省水利普查成果为基础,以黑龙江省二维矢量数据、正射影像遥感数据、DEM高程数据为辅助,以黑龙江省水利数据一张图为展示手段,综合运用地理信息、服务融合等技术手段,对多时空水利数据进行综合管理。GIS有效提高了水利普查数据的管理、统计、汇总,此技术可为水利业务应用系统的快速搭建提供规范、高效、丰富的功能及服务共享,进而提高黑龙江省水利数据应用水平和管理能力。
Based on the results of Heilongjiang Province census for water,this paper performed an integrated management of the multiple temporal and spatial water data by using two dimensional vector data of Heilongjiang Province,remote sensing data of orthophoto image and DEM elevation data as the auxiliary data,using one map of Heilongjiang Province water data as the means of display,and comprehensive using of geographic information,service integration and other technical means.GIS has effectively improved the management,statistics and summary of water resources census data.As a result,this technique can provide standard,efficient,rich functionality and service sharing for the rapid construction of water service application system,which improves the application level and management ability of Heilongjiang water data.
