全面建立河长制是制度创新,本文研究了黑龙江省河长制工作进展和实践,提出了有关建议。
The comprehensive establishment of the river chief system is a system innovation.This paper studies the progress and practice of the river chief system in Heilongjiang Province and puts forward some suggestions.
