高血压患者静滴维生素C后血中NO含量的测定

Changes and significance of NO Level in Hypertensive with useing vitamin C.

目的 研究VitC对高血压患者血中NO含量的影响及VitC对高血压患者内皮功能的保护作用。方法 30例高血压病患者 ,分别给予 3gVitC静滴 ,每天 1次 ,共 7天。测定其用药前后血中NO含量。结果 用药后血中NO含量为 1 1 1 0 9± 2 9 95mmol/L ,较用药前 91 74± 2 3 95mmol/L显著增加 (P <0 0 5)。

Objective To investigate changes and significance of NO level in hypertensives with using Vitamin C. Methods In 30 hypertensives, average age 60.3±11.2 years, male 16 cases and female 14 cases, NO Levels were examined before and after a 3g infusion of vitamin C. once daily for 7 days. Result The NO Level after a 3g infusion of vitamin C in hypertenxives are significantly increased then before a 3g infusion of Vitamin C. Conclusion The antioxidant Vitmin C may be having a role of protection endothelial function in patients with hypertension
