城郊村庄专业化发展模式研究——以漳州市珠里村发展规划为例

Study on professional development model of villages in the suburbs——Take zhuli Village in Zhangzhou city as an example

在城市发展的进程中,城郊村落的良好发展至关重要。在城郊村落发展研究中,借鉴"蔓藤城市"、边缘城市专业化发展的规划思路,并以漳州市珠里村发展规划为例,探索一种城郊村落村庄专业化发展的模式,即:以特色产业带动村庄发展,以技术创新带动村庄发展,尊重、保护和利用原有城镇及村庄的格局和形态、生态以及文化。

A good development of villages in the suburbs is crucial for tlie development of urban. Besides topment model of professional developmengt model of villages in the suburbs,by drawing on the theoretical metliod of ＂ Vines City＂ and Professional development of marginal cities,taking developing of zhuli Village in Zhangzliou city for an example, this paper explores a developing model of specialized villages ——admiring the nature,honoring the land and culture; promoting the development of village with the characdevelopment of villages with technological innovation.
