小区室外消防给水管网改造建设探讨

Application Research on Transformation and Construction of Outdoor Fire Protection Water Supply Network in Residential Quarters

通过某小区室外消防给水管网改造案例,从小区的地质情况、管材的选择、增强管道抗变形能力技术的采用、管道的施工及运行管理、消防系统室外供水环网的设计等几个方面,分析了室外消防给水管网不能正常运行的原因,详细介绍了该改造工程采取的技术措施,并基此指出了做好地质勘察、充分了解地质情况对管道建设的重要性,从设计、施工及运行管理方面对小区室外管网的建设提出若干建议。

Through the transformation of an outdoor fire protection water supply network in a certain residential quarter,from the geological conditions of the community,the selection of pipes,the adoption of technology to enhance the resistance of pipelines,the construction and operation management of pipelines,and the design of outdoor water supply ring network for fire protection systems,the reasons for the failure of the outdoor fire protection water supply network to operate normally are analyzed. The technical measures taken by the renovation project are introduced in detail,and the importance of geological survey and full understanding of the geological conditions for pipeline construction is pointed out. From design,construction and operation management,some suggestions are made for the construction of the outdoor pipe network of the community.
