摘要 随着无线电技术的迅速发展,软件无线电平台不仅需要具备多模式、多频段、灵活可重构的特点,还要求系统小型化、集成化。基于集成芯片LMS6002D设计了一种软件无线电平台的射频前端部分,可通过同步串行SPI通信对其参数进行设定,内部集成12位ADC/DAC模块,可与基带数字处理系统直接建立连接,极大地提高了整个软件无线电平台的集成度。测试结果表明,所设计的射频前端频率覆盖范围为0.3 GHz^3.8 GHz,可支持高达28 MHz信道带宽,最大可输出功率为-3 dBm。 With the rapid development of radio technology, software radio platforms not only need to be multi-mode, multiband, flexible and reconfigurable, but also require system miniaturization and integration. A radio frequency frontend part of software radio system based on the integrated chip LMS6002D is designed in this paper. All parameters can be set through Serial Peripheral Interface(SPI) protocol. It integrates 12-bit ADC/DAC module internally which can be directly connected to the baseband digital processing system to highly enhance the integration of the entire software radio platform. Test results show that the designed RF front-end has a frequency coverage range from 0.3 GHz to 3.8 GHz, as well as supports up to 28 MHz channel bandwidth and the maximum output power-3 dBm.
