A new type of concrete silo is used for quick repair because the inner wall of the limestone silo at the batching station of Donghua Cement Co., Ltd. is seriously worn. The construction process includes the pretreatment of the silo base, the treatment of planting bar in the silo wall,reinforcement steel plate,bottom supporting steel plate, supporting steel plates on both sides, the preparation of grouting material, the grouting construction and the maintenance steps. The rapid reinforcement and repair technology of the concrete silo achieves quick and easy online repair of the silo reinforcement and repair area. The maintenance process is quick and simple, and the repair strength is high.
