摘要
上海振华港机长兴岛基地接待中心工程标高95.3 m处井字梁结构模板支撑平台体系采用柔性悬吊结构支撑体系。为了满足模板规范对支撑体系挠度的要求并保证承重索共同受力,施工过程中采用了控制和调整技术对支撑平台体系的挠度和索力进行调控。实践证明,使用调整与控制技术,支撑平台体系的最终挠度比设计值有较大降低,承重索受力更加均匀。
Flexible suspended formwork supports system was used in the construction of well-shaped beam of 95.3 m in height of the project of Shanghai Zhenhua Port Machinery reception center.The technology of control and adjustment was used in the process of construction to meet the requirement of formwork code and ensure the bearing cable woke together.Practice shows that finally deflection was great lower than design value,the stress of the bearing cable was more uniform than that before control and adjust.
