摘要 利用Gleeble 3800型热模拟试验机对TC25G钛合金进行了恒应变速率热压缩变形实验,获得了变形温度为930~1 020℃、应变速率为0.001~50 s^(-1)、变形程度为60%条件下的组织演变特征。结果表明:应变速率对α相的含量和形状基本没有影响,而对β转变组织的影响较大,高应变速率下呈带状,低应变速率下呈等轴状;变形温度对于控制α相含量有显著影响,α相含量随变形温度升高而降低,960℃时,仅为8%,且较高的变形温度下,β晶粒尺寸也相对粗大。 By the means of Gleeble 3800 thermal simulator,through the testing of constant strain rate of hot compression deformation,this research got the microstructure evolution of TC25 G titanium alloy under the conditions of a deformation temperature of 930 ~ 1 020 ℃,strain rate of 0. 001 ~ 50 s-1 and the deformation of 60%. The results show that,the strain rate has little effect on the α phase content and shape,but has a great influence on the β-transformation structure. It is banded at high strain rate and equiaxed at low strain rate. The deformation temperature has a significant effect on the control of α phase content. The α phase content decreases with the increasing of deformation temperature,only 8% at 960 ℃,and the β grain size is relatively coarse at higher deformation temperature.
