用于蚊幼防治的吡丙醚新型乳粒剂配方研制 被引量:2

摘要 为了精准、有效防治活动于水底的伊蚊幼虫,制备吡丙醚乳粒剂。采用空白颗粒吸附载药油相的方法,通过对组成油相和空白颗粒的助剂种类及用量进行筛选,获得最佳配方。最佳配方为:5%吡丙醚,11%S-100#,1%RF,1%吐温20,2%有机硅,3.2%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,3.2%尿素,高岭土补足至100%,该产品性能稳定,各项指标均符合设计初衷。吡丙醚乳粒剂克服现有杀蚊幼制剂的缺点,对生态环境影响小,具有较好的应用价值。 Pyriproxyfen emulsifiable granule were prepared in order to control accurately aedes larvae.The optimum formula was obtained by screening the types and dosage of the adjuvants that make up the oil phase and the blank granules,and by adsorbing oil phase into blank granulated carrier.The optimum formula was as follow:5% pyriproxyfen,11% S-100#,1% RF,1% Tween 20 3.3%,2% organosilicone,3.2% polyvinylpyrrolidone,3.2% urea,kaolin is up to 100%.The product performances are stable and the indicators can meet the original design.Pyriproxyfen emulsifiable granule overcomes the shortcomings of the existing formulations for controlling mosquito larvae,causes less impact on the ecological environment,which has good application value.
