供热锅炉用燃气调压器故障诊断系统的设计与实现

摘要 经过前期调研分析,总结了供热锅炉用燃气调压器的特点。根据其特性设计故障诊断系统,本系统主要分为三部分:数据采集系统、诊断主机以及数据通讯系统。自主设计了太阳能蓄电供电的数据采集系统,能够监测进口压力以及出口压力数据,并进行储存和远传。诊断主机采用优化后的支持向量机模型为依据,利用2017-2018年冬供期间监测数据以及历史数据分别对诊断系统加以测试,能够初步实现对调压器出现的喘振、关闭压力高、高峰压力低三种故障和故障严重程度进行诊断。 Through research analysis, summarizes the characteristics of the heating boiler gas regulator. Fault diagnosis system is designed according to its features, this system is mainly divided into three parts: data acquisition system, diagnosis of the host, and data communications systems. Independently designed a solar battery power data acquisition system, can monitor inlet pressure and outlet pressure data, and storage and remote transmission. Diagnosis host using the optimized support vector machine (SVM) model as the basis, to use during the winter of 2017-2018, for the monitoring data and historical data to test for diagnosing system respectively, and can realize the voltage regulator of surge, closing high pressure, low peak pressure three kinds of fault diagnosis and severity.
