河北省“煤改气”、“煤改电”冬季运行费用对比分析

Comparative analysis on operation cost of coal to gas and coal to electricity in Hebei Province in winter

随着一系列政府去产能化工作的推进,我国北方地区冬季空气质量有了明显的改善,但实现能源结构调整,降低煤炭在能源结构中的比例依旧迫在眉睫。为了实现这一目标,"煤改气"和"煤改电"越来越受到人们的关注与重视。本文以河北省为调研对象,入户调查多地村民"煤改气"数据,结合河北省当地的市场气价和电价,用采集到的"煤改气"调研数据进行分析和理论"煤改电"理论能耗计算,比对两种改造对于用户运行的经济性,并针对调研实际情况对"煤改气"改造的各个环节提出建议。

With the promotion of a series of government deliverability, the winter air quality has improved obviously in northern China. It is still imminent to realize the adjustment of energy structure and reduce the proportion of coal in the energy structure. In order to achieve this goal, ＂coal to gas＂ and ＂coal to electricity＂ have attracted more and more attention.This paper, taking Hebei Province as the research object, investigates the data of a number of villagers＂ coal modified gas, combined with the local market gas price and electricity price in Hebei Province, analyzes and calculates the energy consumption of ＂coal modified electricity＂ by the collected data of ＂coal modified gas＂ investigation, and compares the economy of the two kinds of transformation for the operation of the users, and in view of the actual situation of the investigation,suggestions are put forward for all links in the transformation of coal to gas.
