军工科研单位信息化平台中型号集成计划管理规范研究

Research on Integration Plan Management Standard in Information Platform of Military Research Institutes

本文对型号集成计划在项目管理平台中的管理规范进行了说明,主要内容包括集成计划的编制、执行反馈、执行确认、监控及变更,从而实现对集成计划的规范化管理,并结合军工行业实际情况探索了军工科研单位实施集成计划管理的具体过程,为相关单位进行型号管理提供了可借鉴的经验。

In this paper,the management specification of the model integrated plan in the project management platform is explained. The main contents include the compilation of the integrated plan,the execution feedback,the execution confirmation,the monitoring and change,so as to realize the standardized management of the integrated plan,and explore the implementation of the military industrial research unit in the light of the actual situation of the military industry. The specific process of integrated planning management provides a reference for the relevant units in model management.
