高校一站式网上办事大厅通过将信息技术与学校管理服务相结合,将学校各个职能部门的管理服务事项重新进行梳理、整合、优化与再造,推动了日常管理服务事项的线上办理及线下办理的前置申请,规范了校务管理、服务秩序,有效发挥了信息化手段与学校管理服务相结合的协同办事效应。本文主要阐述了一站式网上办事大厅中业务流程建设的重要性、建设模式及具体实施。

With the combination of information technology and college management and service,one-stop online service hall sorts out the management and service items of the administrative department comprehensively,on the basis of which furtherly to integrate,optimize and reengineer. The establishment of one-stop online service hall has promoted the online dealing and preposition procedures offline of the daily management and service items,and disciplined the college management and service at the same time,which has confirmed its effectiveness in the coordination of informatization means and college management and service. This paper mainly covers the importance of workflow construction in one-stop online service hall. Moreover,it also contains the building model and implementation of the workflow construction.
