摘要
廻龙河治理工程施工中堤防塑料土工格栅铺装合格率未能达标。本文针对提高铺装合格率这一课题,进行现状调查,找出问题症结为"格栅皱褶",运用头脑风暴法,找到"堤防塑料土工格栅合成材料拉伸、固定偏差大"、"黏层油面层石屑铺撒不均匀"、"黏层油洒布不当、数量过少"三条主要原因,并制定和实施相应对策,经检验,合格率达到96.7%,实现了预定目标,且社会效益、经济效益良好,可为今后类似工程提供借鉴。
The qualified rate of embankment plastic geogrid paving in Huilong River control project construction can not reach standard. Current situation is investigated,crux is discovered-＇grille folds＇ aiming at the topic of paving qualified rate improvement. The method of brainstorming is utilized for discovering three main reasons of ＇high stretching and fixation deviation of embankment plastic geogrid composite materials＇,＇uneven stone chip spreading of sticky oil layer surface＇,＇improper bonding layer oil spilling cloth and too low quantity＇,corresponding countermeasures are formulated and implemented,the qualified rate is up to 96. 7% according to examination,the intended target is realized,social benefit and economic benefit are excellent,which can provide reference for future similar projects.
