miRNA在中医药防治结直肠癌中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 在结直肠癌的发病机制中,miRNA表达失调与中医"正虚邪实"的病机异途同归,miRNA的表达及调控可能是中医药发挥抗肿瘤疗效的作用机制之一。全文将miRNA调控机制与中医"扶正祛邪"理论相结合,探讨miRNA调控网络与中医理论之间的联系,并从中药单体及活性成分和中药复方两个方面阐述以miRNA为靶点的中医药防治结直肠癌的研究现状。 In the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer, disorder of miRNA expression coincides with “ healthy energy defciency and evil excess “ in the pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The expression and regulation of miRNA may be one of the mechanisms of TCM in against the cancer. In this paper, the relationship between the regulation network of miRNA and TCM is discussed based on the combination of the regulation mechanism of miRNA and the TCM theory of “ strengthen body resistance and eliminating evil ”. And the research status of TCM in the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer with miRNA as the target is introduced from two aspects of monomer and active ingredient extracted from Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine compound.
