Sonic Fill超声树脂修复老年人根面龋的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation and operation time of Sonic Fill ultrasonic resin in treatment of elderly patients' root caries

目的:观察Sonic Fill超声树脂用于老年人根面龋治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取98例老年患者共220个根面龋患牙,按随机数字表法分为3组,A组(n=74)用Chemi Fil玻璃离子水门汀充填,B组(n=73)用3M光固化复合树脂充填,C组(n=73)用Sonic Fill超声树脂充填;记录每组前磨牙根面龋充填操作时间,并于术后3、6、12个月复诊,比较各组临床疗效。结果:A、B、C组平均充填操作时间(s)分别为:474.38±3.76、358.94±3.23、235.44±3.10,各组间两两相比均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。术后3、6个月,3组间充填成功率无统计学差异(P>0.05);术后12个月,A、C组充填成功率(90.91%,93.31%)均高于B组(78.46%)(P<0.05),A、C组间相比则无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:Sonic Fill超声树脂修复老年人根面龋可获得良好的临床疗效,且操作简单,明显缩短临床操作时间。

AIM ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Sonic Fill ultrasonic resin in the treatment of root caries for elderly patients. METHODS ： 220 teeth with root caries in 98 elderly patients were randomly divided into 3 groups and were treated with C hemi Fil glass ionomer cement（ group A, n = 74 ）, 3 M light -curing resin （group B, n = 73 ） and Sonic Fill ultrasonic resin（ group C, n = 73 ） respectively. Meanwhile, the filling operation time was recorded. Fill- ing effects were obverved at 3,6 and 12 months after operation. RESULTS： The average filling operation time（s） of group A, B, C was 474.38 ± 3.76,358.94 ± 3.23,235.44 ± 3.10 respectively（ P 〈 0.05 ）. At 3 and 6 months after operation, there was no significant difference in the success rate among the 3 groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. At 12 months after operation, the success rate of group A （90.91%） and group C （93.31%） was higher than that in group B （78.46%） （ P 〈 0.05 ）, There was no significant difference between group A and group C （ P 〉 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION ： Sonic Fill ultrasonic resin is effective and less time consuming in the treatment of root caries of the elderly patients.
