复合根管冲洗剂的研究进展

Research progress on multicomponent root canal irrigants

根管冲洗是根管预备过程中不可或缺的一环。根管冲洗剂不仅具有机械、化学及生物学功能,还可作用于根管机械预备所不能涉及的不规则区域。理想的根管冲洗剂应具有良好的抑菌性、润湿性,以及去除根管内无机、有机物碎屑的能力,并对牙本质、根尖周组织及根充糊剂无不良影响。目前临床上所使用的根管冲洗剂多为单一成分,且存在某些缺陷,无法达到理想的冲洗效果。因此,由抗生素、钙螯合剂或有机酸、表面活性剂构成的复合根管冲洗剂应运而生,并对其进行了大量研究。本文就近年来复合根管冲洗剂的研究进展作一综述,以期为新型根管冲洗剂的研发提供新思路。

Irrigants play a critical role in root canal treatment as they possess multiple chemomechanical and biological functions, reaching to the areas that are inaccessible to instruments. An ideal irrigant must be able to elinfinate nficroorganisms, remove organic and inorganic tissues, favor the wetting of root canals and not interfere with exposed dentin, periapical tissues or the sealing ability of filling materials. To date, none of the irrigants can individually meet these requirements. Therefore, combined use of selected irrigation products has to be adopted to obtain successful outcome of treatment. A multicomponent irrigant usually consists of an antibiotic, an acid or chelating agent and a surfactant. The present review addresses the recent progress on common multicomponent root canal irrigants, to inspire invention and development of new root canal irrigants.
