专业转型发展中人才培养融入职业技能证书要求的探索

The Exploration on the Requirement of Personnel Training and Vocational Skills Certificate in the Transformation and Development of Specialty

以宜春学院为例,通过问卷调查数据,研究和分析了职业技能证书对大学生就业的影响程度。再结合专业转型发展的培养模式,从人才培养方案,师资队伍转型,实践基地的建设等几个方面,探索了职业技能证书与专业转型发展中人才培养的发展思路和展望。

Through the questionnaire survey data with Yichun University as an example,this paper studies and analyzes the influence of vocational skills certificate on the employment of College students. Combined with the training mode of professional development,from the aspects of personnel training program,teachers ＇ transformation,several aspects of construction of practice base,this paper explore the development of ideas,prospect of personnel training and professional occupation skills certificate in transformation development.
