Green Geo-Prospecting——A New Model of Geo-Prospecting in the New Era

绿色勘查是在找矿领域践行生态文明战略的具体举措,是生态文明战略背景下一种全新的勘查模式,是新时代保障国家能源资源安全的必然要求。国内绿色勘查典型实践包括:青海省建立健全绿色勘查管理制度体系,贵州省率先制定实施绿色勘查企业标准,中国地质调查局及部分省(区、市)地矿部门探索实施绿色勘查新技术。国外在矿产勘查中减少环境破坏的通常做法值得借鉴。目前推进绿色勘查工作的难点在于:绿色勘查理念尚未全面形成;绿色勘查配套标准有待出台;绿色勘查新设备、新技术尚未到位。建议:(1)加大宣传引导,使绿色勘查理念深入人心;(2)部署试点示范项目,制定绿色勘查标准;(3)创新技术方法,推进绿色勘查;(4)以需求为导向,加快制定绿色勘查支持政策;(5)借鉴国外经验,开展矿产勘查潜在环境风险预警及建议解决方案研究。

Green geo-prospecting is a concrete measure to implement the ecological civilization strategy in the field of geo-prospecting. It is a new exploration model under the ecological civilization strategy. Also, it is an inevitable requirement for the national security of energy resources in the new era. The typical practices of domestic green geo-prospecting include： Qinghai Province established a sound green geo-prospecting management system, Guizhou Province took the lead in setting enterprise standards for the implementation of green geoprospecting, China Geological Survey and some provinces（autonomous regions and municipalities） have explored and implemented new technologies for green geo-prospecting. For geological prospecting, it is worth learning from the general practice of foreign countries in the aspect of reducing environmental damage. At present, the difficulty in promoting green geo-prospecting work lies in： the concept of green geo-prospecting has been unformed; the supporting standards for green exploration have been unreleased; new equipment and technologies for green exploration are not yet in place. The corresponding suggestions are：（1） Increase publicity and guidance to make the concept of green geo-prospecting deeply root in people＇s mind;（2） Deploy pilot and demonstration projects and formulate green geo-prospecting standards;（3） Innovate technical methods and promote green geo-prospecting;（4） Accelerate demand-oriented development and formulate green geoprospecting support policies;（5） Based on foreign experience, carry out research on potential environmental risks warning and propose solutions for geo-prospecting.
