新疆南疆牛乳头状瘤病毒1型SY-12株的基因鉴定及分析 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】确定新疆南疆某养殖户疑似感染乳头状瘤病料基因型,探讨牛乳头状瘤(Bovine Papillomatosis,BP)的临床病理特征及鉴别诊断方法。【方法】采集新疆南疆某养殖户疑似感染乳头状瘤病料,进行病理组织学鉴定并进行基因鉴定分型。【结果】本实验采集病料经组织病理学和PCR鉴定分析,经测序确定该疑似感染病例为牛乳头状瘤病BPV-1型。【结论】对新疆南疆某养殖户患病牛进行检测,确定为牛乳头状瘤病毒1型感染,丰富该病流行病学资料为后续病毒全长基因序列测定及分析的研究奠定基础。 【Objective】To determine the genotype of a suspected papilloma case from a farmer in southern Xinjiang,the clinicopathological characteristics and differential diagnosis of bovine papillomavirus(BP) were explored.【Method】The suspected papillomatosis samples from a farmer in southern Xinjiang were collected for histopathological identification and genotyping.【Result】The samples were identified by histopathology and PCR.The suspected case was confirmed to be BPV-1 type of bovine papillomatosis by sequencing.【Conclusion】The diseased cattle of a farmer in southern Xinjiang were detected and confirmed to be infected by bovine papillomavirus type 1.The epidemiological data of the disease were enriched to lay a foundation for the sequencing and analysis of the full-length gene of Bovine papillomavirus.
