我国高校学生运动猝死有效拯救的困境和对策

Obstacles and Countermeasures of Effective Rescue of University Students' Sudden Death in China

2007年以来,我国高校学生运动猝死的事件骤然增多,已有的文献很少提及如何有效拯救生命.国内志愿者现场实施AED快速除颤将面临非法行医、非法使用第三类医疗器械等罪名,这一法律限制是目击者不敢施以援手的原因,并与观念落后和技能低下互为因果,循环放大.提出合法规避"二非"所限、红十字会培训技能和更新观念等相应对策,期望初期能使运动猝死存活率提升至50%以上,并对进一步加强有效拯救的研究思路有所启发.

since 2007,the incidents of sudden death of college students in our country have suddenly increased,the death rate of nearly 100% and the great negative influence of society are shocking.But there has been no mention of how to save life effectively.The implementation of AED rapid defibrillation at home volunteers will be faced with accusation of illegal medical practice and illegal use of third kinds of medical devices.This is the reason why we dare not help,and it is also a legal impediment.It will also amplify each other with backward concepts and skills.The corresponding countermeasures to avoid the ＂ two non＂,the training skills of the Red Cross and the concept of renewal are put forward.In the early stages of expectation,the survival rate can be raised to more than 50%,and the research gap of effective salvation is made up.
