26GHz频段国际移动通信应用与星间业务兼容性研究现状分析

摘要 针对26GHz频段国际移动通信应用与星间业务的兼容性,分析了国际移动通信频率的应用形势,2019年世界无线电大会1.13议题将24.25-27.5GHz等频段作为国际移动通信的候选频段,但该频段存在与中继卫星星间业务频率重合的问题。文章从该频段应用现状等方面阐述了兼容性分析的需求与研究内容。对基于国际电联相关建议书给出的参数条件进行仿真评估,国际移动通信业务与星间业务有共存的可能性,但后续仍需要开展全面的深入仿真分析,并基于实际系统的试验测试开展可行性研究。 Frequency bands application status in International Mobile Telecommunications(IMT)is analyzed to discuss the sharing and compatibility of IMT and Inter-satellite Service(ISS)operating in the 26 GHz frequency range.Some frequency band including 24.25-27.5 GHz(abbreviated as 26 GHz)were considered for the future development of IMT in WRC-19 agenda item 1.13.However,the 26 GHz frequency range is allocated on a primary basis to ISS.the requirement and content of compatibility between IMT and ISS are detailed according to the frequency band application status,analysis necessity,etc.The analysis is conducted based on the documents submitted to ITU work group and papers in conferences and periodicals.The research progress and some conclusions are summarized as follows:there is possibilities for the compatibility of IMT and ISS on the basis of parameters and conditions in ITU Recommendations,the simulation analysis need to be carried on deeper including more conditions,and the feasibility of test based on real systems need to be studied in future.
