关节镜下清理联合松解治疗肘关节骨关节炎的疗效

Clinical outcomes of arthroscopic debridement and release for the treatment of elbow joint osteoarthritis

目的探讨关节镜下清理联合松解治疗肘关节骨关节炎的疗效。方法对17例肘关节骨关节炎患者行关节镜下清理联合松解治疗。记录肘关节活动度、疼痛VAS评分及Mayo肘关节功能评分(MEPS),评价治疗效果。结果患者均获得随访,时间6～24个月。末次随访时,肘关节活动度、VAS评分、MEPS与术前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);MEPS功能评定:优3例,良10例,中4例。结论关节镜下清理联合松解治疗肘关节骨关节炎,疼痛减轻显著、功能恢复满意,早期疗效可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical outcomes of arthroscopic debridement and release in the treatment of elbow joint osteoarthritis. Methods The 17 cases of elbow osteoarthritis were treated with arthroscope debridement and release. The elbow joint motion range,pain VAS and Mayo elbow performance score（ MEPS） were recorded. Results All of the patients were followed up for 6 ～ 24 months. At the last follow-up,the elbow joint motion range and MEPS improved,and the VAS declined significantly（ P 0. 01）; excellent 3 cases,good 10 cases and medium 4 cases were defined according to MEPS. Conclusions Arthroscopic debridement and release in the treatment of elbow joint osteoarthritis,the early clinical follow-up indicates that the pain significantly relieves and functional recovery is satisfactory.
