摘要 自第二次工业革命以来,齿轮成为推动制造业发展最强大的动力,也为人类社会的进程做出了卓越的贡献,齿轮的出现,像一座长桥,连接起了蒸汽时代与机械时代。相比于19世纪的齿轮,如今的齿轮技术无孔不入地运用在在交通运输、机械制造、家居生活中,而且正向着重载、高速、高精度和高效率等方向发展,并力求尺寸小、重量轻、寿命长,且更加经济便民。而齿轮理论和制造工艺伴随着齿轮的发展获得了更系统的理论依据和技术系统,本文就针对齿轮的制造工艺及现代企业生产过程方面进行分析,为研究齿轮材料及工艺、齿轮运转平稳性等方面提供指导方向。 Since the second industrial revolution,gears have become the most powerful driver of manufacturing,which have also made outstanding contributions to the progress of human society. Gears,like a long bridge,have connected the Age of Steam with the Age of Machinery. Different from the gears made in the 19 th century,today's gears have been used everywhere in transportation,machinery manufacturing and home life with heavy load,high speed,high precision and high efficiency,and are striving to turn more small-sized,lightweight,long lived,economic and convenient. Moreover,along with the evolution of gears,the theory and manufacturing technology of gears have obtained more systematic theoretical basis and technical system. Thus,this paper aims to analyze the manufacturing process of gears and the production process of modern enterprise so as to provide a direction for the study of gear materials and technology,and gear running stability.
