毛细管柱气相色谱法测定水产品中三氯杀螨醇残留量

Determination of Dicofol Residues in Aquatic Products by Capillary Column Gas Chromatography

采用有机溶剂提取、液液萃取净化,建立了鲫鱼、草鱼等水产品中三氯杀螨醇残留量的毛细管柱气相色谱检测方法,外标法定量。结果表明,三氯杀螨醇在0mg/L^1.0mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9998;添加回收率范围74.2%~110.2%,室内相对标准偏差为2.71%~12.6%;方法检出限为0.003mg/kg,定量限为0.01mg/kg。

A capillary column gas chromatography（GC） method was developed for the determination of Dicofol in aquatic products such as crucian carp and grass carp employing liquid-liquid extraction clean up and external standard quantitative methods. The results showed that the linear correlation of Dicofol was good in the range of 0. 25 - 10. 0 μg/m L and the linear correlation coefficient was 0. 9998. The addition recovery range was 74. 2% - 110. 2%,and the indoor relative standard deviation was 2. 71% - 12. 6%,the detection limit was 0. 003 mg/kg and the limit of quantification was 0. 01 mg/kg.
