摘要
本文采用傅-克(Friedel-Crafts)酰基化反应合成芳香酮,并且对傅-克(Friedel-Crafts)酰基化反应进行部分改进。先用苯甲酸和氯化亚砜合成苯甲酰氯,然后用新合成的苯甲酰氯与溴苯在无水氯化铝催化下反应合成对溴芳香酮,与苯在无水氯化铝催化下反应合成二苯甲酮,其化学结构通过红外(IR),元素分析进行表征,表征结果与目标产物一致,用熔点测定仪对化合物的熔点进行测定。
In this thesis,we have adopted the Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction to synthesize the aromatic ketones. For the Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction,we have partial improvements. Firstly,benzoyl chloride was synthesized by the benzoic acid and thionyl chloride reaction. And then the p-bromo-aromatic ketones was synthesized form the newly prepared of benzoyl chloride and bromobenzene which is reaction under the conditions of anhydrous aluminum chloride catalyst,The target compounds were characterized by IR,melting point determination and the results consistent with the literature reported.
