摘要
在模拟人体生理条件下,利用荧光光谱、紫外光谱、红外光谱等技术探究盐酸昂丹司琼(OND)与牛血红蛋白之间的相互作用模式和机制。结果表明OND通过静电作用力与BHb形成稳定的超分子化合物并导致BHb荧光的静态淬灭;298K时的结合常数为1.2×104L/mol;体系中OND的存在导致BHb的构象发生改变进而影响BHb的生理功能。
The interaction mechanisms between Ondansetron and hemoglobin were investigated by a combination of fluorescence,ultraviolet,and FT-IR spectrum. The results of spectroscopy analyses revealed that the stable complex of ondansetron-hemoglobin was formed,and electrostatic forces played a dominant role in this system. The binding constant of Ondansetron interacting with hemoglobin is 1. 2 × 10^4 L/mol at 298 K. It is also showed that the conformational structure of hemoglobin was changed as the result of this reaction. The results of present study would provide reliable information for the effect of colchicine on organism.
