空气滤材透气性与纤维纤度相关性的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 影响针刺无纺过滤材料透气性能的宏观因素包括:纤维特性、滤料表面积、滤料厚度、纤维尺寸及排列、滤料孔隙率和比表面积、带电量和介电常数、化学成分等。具体到某类空气过滤材料衡量过滤性能时,通常指标是透气率。由于产品完全由纤维构成,在不考虑纤维化学性能、电性能、表面积等前提下,以相同设定工艺的理想状态下,产品过滤性能仅与纤维的直径和孔隙率相关,可以通过纤维直径理论推断产品的透气范围,进而可以根据要求在知道透气范围的前提下选择适当的纤维。 The macroscopic factors affecting the filtration performance of acupuncture non-woven filter materials include:filter material surface area,filter material thickness,fiber size and arrangement,filter material porosity and specific surface area,charge amount and dielectric constant,chemical composition and so on.When designing the filtration performance of a certain type of air filter material,the usual index is mainly the gas permeability.Since the product is completely composed of fibers,without considering the chemical properties,electrical properties,surface area,etc.,and setting the same process.The filtration performance of the product is only related to the diameter and porosity of the fiber,so that the gas permeability range of the product can be inferred by the fiber diameter theory,and then the appropriate fiber can be selected while knowing the gas permeability range.
