Light Industry Textile Testing Technology Research

随着中国社会经济的发展和科学技术的不断进步,现代纺织工业迅速发展,现代纺织机械检验技术也在不断升级。在信息时代,电子信息技术在各方面都得到了运用,自动化技术、电子通信技术等高新技术是在纺织品检测领域中得到充分应用的体现。一方面,它改进了现代纺织品检测技术的方法和手段,另一方面,提高了轻工纺织品的检测能力。在中国,现代纺织检测设备功能日臻完善,并向自动化和智能化方向发展。利用这些信息检测设备,在一定程度上提高了检测技术,并开发了传统的原材料性能测试,用来检测纱线和纤维的性能。本课题对现代纺织品检测技术的特点进行了分析,进一步探讨现代纺织品检测技术的发展方向。

With the development of China＇s social economy and the continuous advancement of science and technology,the rapid development of the modern textile industry and the modern textile machinery inspection technology are also constantly upgrading.In the information age,electronic information technology has been applied in all aspects,large and small,and hightech such as automation technology and electronic communication technology is fully embodied in the field of textile testing.On the one hand,it improves the methods and means of modern textile testing technology,and on the other hand,improves the detection capabilities of light industrial textiles1.The functions of light industry,textile industry and modern textile testing equipment in China are improving day by day,and the development of automation and intelligent equipment.The use of these information-detecting devices has improved detection techniques to a certain extent and has developed traditional raw material performance tests to detect yarn and fiber properties2.This paper discusses the characteristics of modern textile testing technology,and further explores the development direction of modern textile testing technology.
