自动控制技术在纺织业自备热电厂烟气湿法脱硫中的应用

The Application of Automatic Control Technology in the Desulfurization of Flue Gas by Wet Method in Textile Industry-owned Thermal Power Plant

在纺织业自备热电厂烟气湿法脱硫处理中PLC完全可以取代DCS作为控制系统。本课题结合热电厂烟气湿法脱硫技术,较详细地介绍了PLC控制系统的总体方案和各分系统的组成及其功能,阐述了所用PLC的硬件选型和配置的相关理由,最后说明了本系统的运行使用效果。

PLC can completely replace DCS as control system in the wet desulfurization treatment of flue gas in thermal power plant of textile industry.In this paper,combined with flue gas wet desulfurization technology of thermal power plant,PLC control system are introduced in detail the overall scheme and composition and functions of each subsystem,this paper expounds the hardware selection and configuration of the PLC used the related reasons,finally illustrates the effect of the operation of this system to use.
