基于芳纶复合纱阻燃织物的设计与研发 被引量:4

摘要 为设计研发作为消防员灭火防护服外层的芳纶复合纱织物,解决其设计与研发的工艺问题。本课题首先以芳纶粗纱和芳纶1414长丝、芳纶1313长丝为原料,在DSSp-01型数字小样细纱机上纺制包芯纱和赛络菲尔复合纱。然后,以纺制的复合纱作纬纱,16tex×2芳纶1313股线作经纱,在硕奇小样机上设计制织相同规格的织物。通过实验研究得出:复合纱纱线结构和长丝种类对复合纱性能有影响,芳纶1414复合纱断裂强度、纱线毛羽、条干均匀度性能优异,包芯纱断裂强度、纱线毛羽比赛络菲尔纱优异,为工业化生产芳纶复合丝阻燃织物提供了可靠的工艺指导。 In order to design and develop an aramid composite yarn fabric as an outer layer of firemen's protective clothing,the design and development process problems are solved.The paper first uses the aramid rovings,aramid 1414 filaments,and aramid 1313 filaments as raw materials to spin core spun yarns and celestial composite yarns on a DSSp-01 digital sample spinning machine;then the composite yarns are spun.For weft yarns,16 tex×2 aramid 1313 strands are used as warp yarns.Weave fabrics of the same specifications are designed and manufactured on the master size machine.Through experimental research,it is concluded that the yarn structure and filament types of composite yarns have an impact on the properties of the composite yarns,and the aramid 1414 composite yarns have excellent breaking strength,yarn hairiness and evenness,and the core yarn breaks the strength and yarn hairiness.The game Luofei Yarn is excellent.And for the industrial production of aramid composite yarn flame-retardant fabric provides a reliable process guidance.
