资本市场不成熟,融资结构不合理是制约我国文化创意产业融资问题的主要障碍之一。不确定性预期比较、文化创意产业公有资本占主导的制度依赖等原因,导致了我国文化创意企业融资结构存在路径依赖与锁定。应从加快文化投融资体制改革等方面做出新的制度安排。
