Studies on the Arts Funding Policies and Institutions in Taiwan

中国台湾地区的艺术资助政策在其基本法律中有着明确规定,其具体资助办法与导向则与文化行政部门的变迁有着密切联系。行政部门对文化发展方向具有强烈的引导性,但对文化艺术的投入则是一以贯之,并采取种种手段鼓励企业、民间团体及个人对艺术的投入与参与,取得了可见的效果。

The art funding policy has been lawfully stated in Taiwan. However, the priority and criteria has some variation with the changes in its structure. Taiwan has showed a strong leadership in its cultural and arts de- velopment, and its commitment in art funding is strong and consistent. It encourages the corporation, civil society and individual＇s commitment to art and culture as well. With all the efforts Taiwan＇s cukure development has been successful and gained strong cultural presence.
