基于probit模型的智慧旅游满意度影响因素实证研究--以黄果树景区为例 被引量:1

摘要 加大智慧旅游建设力度,提升游客智慧旅游满意度对于提高游客重游率、推动地区旅游业转型升级和经济进步具有重要意义。本文以贵州省黄果树景区作为典型案例,通过实地走访和问卷调查,建立智慧旅游满意度影响变量理论框架,采用probit模型进行估计计算,得出以下结论:旅游信息(官方网站、APP等)智能化水平、订票服务智能化水平、无线网络覆盖水平、智慧旅游导览系统智能化水平和游客的年龄对游客的智慧旅游满意度有显著的正向影响。因此,要提升官网和手机软件的运营水平、加大智慧城市设施建设力度、改善智慧旅游服务系统体验、采取差异化的旅游服务策略等。 It is of great significance to increase the intensity of the construction of smart tourism and enhance the satisfaction of tourists' smart tourism for increasing the revisit rate of tourists and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry and the economic progress in this region.This paper takes the Huangguoshu scenic spot in Guizhou Province as a typical example,and establishes a theoretical framework of influencing factors of smart tourism satisfaction through field investigation and questionnaire survey.The probit model is used for estimating calculations and the following conclusion can be drawn:There is a significant positive correlation between the smart level of tourism information(official websites,mobile phone applications,etc.),the smart level of ticketing service,the level of wireless network coverage,the smart level of tour guide system,the age of tourists and the degree of tourists' satisfaction with smart tourism.Therefore,it is necessary to upgrade the operation level of official network and the mobile phone applications,increase the construction of smart city facilities,improve the experience of smart tourism service systems and adopt differentiated tourism service strategies,etc.
