环黄渤海地区通过"海上丝绸之路"开展对外交往历史悠久,早在先秦时期,中、朝、日通过海上通道进行经济、文化交流就已经十分频繁。徐福是环黄渤海地区早期"海上丝绸之路"的见证者、参与者,徐福东渡不仅将先进的中华文明传播到朝鲜半岛、日本列岛,更开启了"东方海上丝绸之路"的新时代。千百年来,徐福东渡这一历史事件经过不断发展,已逐渐衍生成为一种文化现象,即徐福文化。进入新时期,在"一带一路"倡议实施的背景下,探讨徐福文化的精神内涵,吸收、利用徐福文化的精华,对于推动"一带一路"建设、促进民心相通有着十分重要的意义。

The development of foreign exchange through the ＂Maritime Silk Road＂in the area around the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea has a long history.As early as in the pre-Qin period,the economic and cultural exchange through the sea channel among China,North Korea,and Japan was already very frequent.Xu Fu was a witness and participant in the early ＂Maritime Silk Road＂in the area around the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea,whose journey toward east did not only spread the advanced Chinese civilization to the Korean Peninsula and the Japanese archipelago,but also opened a new era of the＂Eastern Maritime Silk Road＂.For thousands of years,Xu Fu′s journey has become a historical event with continuous development and has gradually evolved into a cultural phenomenon,namely Xu Fu Culture.In the new era with the background of the implementation of＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂,it is of great significance to explore the spiritual connotation of Xu Fu culture and to absorb and utilize the essence of Xu Fu culture in order to promote the construction of the＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂and promote commonality among people.
