随着国家对低碳环保的日益重视,对油品质量要求也越来越高。为实现柴油国Ⅴ质量升级,玉门炼厂柴油加氢改质异构降凝装置更换了加氢精制催化剂,并增加循环氢脱硫系统。实践表明:采用新型加氢精制催化剂FF-36A、降凝催化剂FC-20以及FBN鸟巢保护剂后,装置在设计的生产负荷和反应温度下,可以按照精制和降凝方案生产不同标号的柴油产品。精制柴油产品硫含量为4.5μg/g,–20~#低凝柴油的凝点为–38℃,硫含量为3.8μg/g,均达到了国Ⅴ柴油标准。FF-36A型加氢精制催化剂具有优异的催化活性和深度脱硫性能,且与降凝催化剂FC-20活性匹配良好,很好地满足了柴油改质装置生产国Ⅴ柴油的需求。
With the increasing emphasis on low carbon and environmental protection in China, the refined oil has been requested much higher on quality. In order to upgrade diesel quality up to national V standard in Yumen Refinery, it replaced the hydrorefining catalyst for diesel hydroupgrading-isodewaxing unit, and added circulating hydrogen desulfurization system. The results showed that, by adopting new hydrorefining catalyst FF-36A, hydrodewaxing catalyst FC-20 and nest protecting agent FBN, the unit could produce diesel products with different grades in accordance with hydrorefining or hydrodewaxing scheme, both at the designed load and temperature. The sulfur content in refined diesel fuel was down to 4.5μg/g, while the sulfur content and freezing point in -20^# grade diesel fuel droped to 3.8 μg/g and -38℃, well meeting national V standard. The catalyst FF-36A has excellent catalytic activity and deep desulphurization performance, which can match well with the catalyst FC-20 and satisfy production requirements of diesel hydroupgrading unit to meet national V standard.
