摘要 选用枯草芽孢杆菌,通过组合酿酒酵母和嗜酸乳杆菌,对豆渣进行固态发酵处理,使豆渣中的大分子蛋白有效地降解,小肽和氨基酸含量得以提高,同时消除抗营养因子。发酵产生的多种代谢产物和益生菌,具有调节动物肠道健康的功能,可提高豆渣在动物饲料中的应用范围和使用效果。 Bacillus subtilis was selected to combine Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Lactobacillus acidophilus to treat soybean dregs by solid-state fermentation,so that the macromolecular protein in soybean dregs could be effectively degraded.The contents of small peptides and amino acids were increased,while anti-nutritional factors were eliminated.Many metabolites and probiotics produced by fermentation also had function of regulating intestinal health of animals.Application range and effect of soybean dregs in animal feed can be improved.
