Application and Development of Geographic Information Technology on Land Remediation Project

土地整治是提高耕地质量,实现更好保护耕地的重要措施之一。地理信息技术作为一种综合技术,是实现土地整治工作高效化和智能化的重要工具。通过对当前地理信息技术在土地整治中的应用进行分析,主要对土地整治工作中3S(RS、GIS和GPS)技术的应用情况进行阐述,详细说明了3S技术在土地整治项目踏勘阶段、可行性研究阶段、规划设计阶段、项目实施阶段以及后期管护阶段的应用情况。提出了建立土地整治信息系统,将3D分析功能与可视化技术更好地应用于土地整治中的建议。

Land remediation is one of important measures to improve quality of cultivated land and realize better protection.As a comprehensive technology,geographic information technology is an important tool to realize land remediation work efficiently and intelligently.Current geographic information technology in land remediation was analyzed.Application of 3 S（RS,GIS,GPS） in land remediation was described.Application of 3 S technology in land remediation project reconnaissance stage,feasibility study stage,planning and design stage,project implementation stage,and later stage of pipeline protection were described in detail.At last,land consolidation information system was put forward,and 3 D analysis function and visualization technology would be better applied on land remediation.
