摘要 在开采地下水方面,辐射井凭借其出水量大的特点逐渐取代传统的单管井。水平钻机作为辐射井开挖的关键设备,其性能直接影响辐射井开挖的效率。针对农用辐射井水平钻机的钻进功能,基于TRIZ理论中的物质-场分析法和76个标准解对其进行创新设计,获得3个新的设计方案,最后通过评价,选取其中最好的方案作为创新设计方案。 In field of groundwater exploitation,radiation well has gradually replaced traditional single tube well by virtue of its large amount of water. Horizontal drilling rig is key equipment during excavation of radiation well,its performance affects efficiency of excavation of radiation well. Three new design projects were obtained through innovative design of drilling function of horizontal drilling rig for agricultural radiation well by substance-field analysis and 76 standard solutions in TRIZ. An optimal project was determined through evaluation of three projects.
