Role and Reform of Agricultural English Teaching

经济全球化使中国农业日益与世界接轨,为中国农业的发展带来机遇。英语作为世界通用语言,需要农业从业人员熟练掌握。这不仅有利于快速推广我国农业,也有利于引入发达国家的先进农业技术,帮助中国农业在世界经济格局中占据有利的地位。因此,对农业高校农业英语的教学水平提出更高要求。针对农业高校农业英语教学中存在的问题,提出合理的解决方案,为中国农业的国际化发展提供一定参考。

Economic globalization has brought opportunities for development of Chinese agriculture and popularized Chinese agricultural to the world. English is the universal language of the world and should be mastered by agricultural practitioners,which was conducive to export China＇ s agriculture and absorb advanced agricultural technologies from developed countries to help the Chinese agriculture occupy a favorable position in the world. Level of agricultural English teaching in agricultural universities should be improved rapidly. Some problems and reasonable solutions of agricultural English teaching in agricultural universities were put forward,hoping to help the process of China＇s agriculture and the world. It could better promote further development of agriculture in our country.
