摘要
某钛气瓶在进行液压试验时发生泄漏,通过对钛气瓶进行断口宏观微观观察、金相组织检查、能谱成分分析及硬度测试、化学成分分析等理化分析。结果表明:钛气瓶开裂模式为脆性断裂,开裂原因为裂纹区存在微区富Al偏析所致。
A titanium alloy spherical gas cylinders leaked under hydraulic test. Macro examination,fracture analysis(SEM),metallographic structure,energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS),hardness testing and chemical composition analysis methods were used. The results revealed that the fracture mode was brittle fracture,and aluminum-rich segregation around the crack was the cause of the cracking.
