摘要
选用400 mm×2 400 mm铸坯,开发120 mm×2 750 mm规格的Q390E钢板。通过采用洁净钢生产技术控制有害元素的含量,采用动态3D喷嘴自动调节、动态3D二次冷却及动态轻压下技术保证铸坯质量。同时通过加热、轧制、水冷等工序的技术研究,成功开发出120 mm Q390E钢板。各项性能指标均优于国家标准要求,且有较稳定的性能富余量,特别是低温冲击性能良好、质量稳定。
The Q390 E steel plate of 120 mm×2 750 mm specification was developed based on the 400 mm×2 400 mm continuous casting slab. The clean steel production technology was applied to control the content of harmful elements,and the dynamic 3 D nozzles automatic adjustment,dynamic 3 D secondary cooling and dynamic light pressure were adopted to ensure the quality of the slab. At the same time,120 mm Q390 E steel plate was successfully developed through the technical research of heating,rolling and cooling. The mechanical performance indexes were superior to the national standard and stable,especially the low temperature impact performance.
