摘要
目的:分析个体化营养干预对孕妇孕期体质量增长及妊娠结局的临床影响。方法:从我院孕妇中随机选取85例作为研究对象,并将其分为实验组(43例)与对照组(42例)。安排实验组孕妇接受专业营养师实施一对一的营养指导与营养评价,而对照组孕妇则接受孕期健康教育与常规产检,比较其孕期体质量增长及妊娠结局情况。结果:实验组孕妇孕期体质量增长、妊娠期糖尿病发生几率小于对照组,成功顺产发生几率优于对照组;实验组孕妇新生儿巨大儿发生几率与体重均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:对孕妇实施专业营养师的指导与评价,可有效控制孕妇孕期的体质量,降低妊娠并发症几率,临床价值极佳。
Objective:To analyze the nutrient intervention on pregnant women during pregnancy and pregnancy outcome of clinical effect on quality.Methods:85 cases were randomly selected from our hospital in pregnant women as the research object,and it can be divided into experimental group(43 cases) and control group(42 cases).Expermental group received professional dietitian one-to-one nutritional guidance and nutrition evaluation implementation,and control group received prenatal health education and regular prenatal,compare their body quality growth during pregnancy and pregnancy outcome.Results:the pregnancy body mass increment of the experimental group increased and the risk of gestational diabetes is less than the control group,conversely,and the probability of natural birth is higher than the control group,Risk group neonatal macrosomia in pregnant women and weight were significantly lower than the control group,P〈0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:implementation of the guidance of professional nutritionists and evaluation for the pregnant woman,can effectively control the quality of pregnant women' s body during pregnancy can limit your chances of pregnancy complications,excellent clinical value.
