摘要
目的 探讨听觉统合训练(AIT)对智力低下患儿智能发育的影响.方法 收集2016年5月至10月本院收治的智力低下患儿86例,按随机数字表分为观察组(n=43)与对照组(n=43),对照组采用常规综合康复治疗,观察组在常规综合康复治疗的基础上联合早期AIT治疗,治疗后2个月评价临床疗效.治疗前、治疗后2个月分别行Gesell发育诊断量表测试,计算患儿运动发育指数(PDI)、智力发育指数(MDI).结果 治疗后2个月进行疗效评价,观察组和对照组治疗有效率分别为93.0%(40/43)、69.8%(30/43),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后2个月观察组患儿Gesell发育诊断量表测试各项评分均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05).治疗后2个月观察组患儿PDI、MDI值分别为78.03±5.87、80.12±5.51,对照组分别为69.86±6.10、70.83±5.48,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 早期AIT可增强智力低下患儿的康复治疗效果,显著改善其智能发育.
Objective To investigate the effect of auditory integration training (AIT) on the intelligence development of children with mental retardation.Methods Eighty-six children with mental retardation,who were hospitalized in our hospital between May 2016 and October 2016,were randomly divided into the study group (n=43) and the control group (n=43).The control group was treated by conventional comprehensive rehabilitation,and the study group was treated with early AIT on the basis of conventional comprehensive rehabilitation.The clinical effects were evaluated at 2 months after treatment.The Gesell development test was performed at the baseline and at 2 months after treatment,respectively,and the physical development index (PDI) and mental development index (MDI) were calculated.Results The effects were evaluated at 2 months after the treatment,and the effective rates in the study group and thecontrol group were 93.0% (40/43) and 69.8% (30/43),respectively,with the statistically significantdifference between two groups (P〈0.05).At 2 months after treatment,the scores of Gesell development test in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P〈0.05).The PDI and MDI at 2 months after treatment were (78.03±5.87) and (80.12±5.51) in the study group,and (69.86±6.10) and (70.83 ±5.48) in the control group,respectively,with the statistically significant differences between two groups (all P〈0.05).Conclusion Early AIT may enhance the rehabilitation of children with mental retardation,and significantly improve their intelligence development.
