摘要
目的:探讨上海地区女性不同年龄和部位的头皮生物物理特性。方法:将志愿者分为青年组、中年组和老年组,使用非创伤检测仪器分别检测头皮的顶部和枕部生理参数,包括经表皮水分丢失、角质层含水量、pH值、油脂分泌、经皮氧气和二氧化碳分压。结果:头皮枕部的经表皮水分丢失、pH值和油脂分泌低于顶部,角质层含水量和经皮氧分压高于顶部,差异均有统计学意义。头皮顶部角质层含水量随年龄增加而增高,油脂分泌随年龄增加而降低。结论:上海地区女性头皮在不同年龄和部位具有特征性的生物及物理参数,应根据具体情况对头皮进行日常护理,以预防头皮相关疾病的发生。
Objective: To reveal the biophysical properties of scalp skin at different ages and sites of women in Shanghai. Methods: The subjects were divided into Young, Middle and Old age groups. Non-invasive instruments were used to measure the skin biophysical properties, including skin hydration, trans-epidermal water loss(TEWL), sebum secretion, trans-cutaneous 02 partial pressure(TcpO2) and trans-cutaneous CO2 partial pressure(TcpCO2) on the crown and the oceiput regions. Results: The TEWL, pH and sebum secretion on the occiput were significantly lower than that on the crown region. In contrast, skin hydration and TcpO2 on the occiput were significantly higher than that on the crown region. On the crown, skin hydration increased while sebum secretion decreased with aging. Conclusions: Distinct biophysical properties were found at different ages and sites of scalp skin of women in Shanghai. Scalp care should be taken based on specific condition in order to prevent scalp-related diseases.
