皮肤浆细胞增多症1例
摘要
1病历摘要 患者男，43岁。因头面部及背部暗红斑和斑块2年于2016年4月613就诊于北京协和医院皮肤科门诊。2年前患者无明显诱因面部、头皮及背部逐渐出现绿豆至钱币状大红斑，部分红斑逐渐增厚呈斑块状，无瘙痒及疼痛等不适。既往体健，无光敏史，家族史无类似疾病患者。
