摘要
目的研究颌面部间隙感染治疗中负压引流与微创切口联合应用的效果。方法选取92例颌面部间隙感染患者作为研究对象,均于2016年3月至2017年5月入院,按照随机数字表法分为为对照组(46例)和研究组(46例)。对照组选用传统切开引流方式治疗,研究组选用微创切口与负压引流方式治疗。比较两组颌面部间隙感染患者临床疗效、瘢痕宽度、瘢痕长度、术后24 h引流量、愈合时间、不同时间段拔管率及并发症发生率。结果与对照组比较,研究组治疗总有效率更高,研究组瘢痕宽度、瘢痕长度及愈合时间更短,术后24 h引流量更少,研究组1~5 h拔管率更高,且6~10 h、>11 h以上拔管率更低,研究组并发症总发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论在颌面部间隙感染治疗中,负压引流与微创切口联合应用效果显著,不仅有效缩短患者的治疗周期,术后瘢痕小,美容效果好,而且可促进切口快速愈合,且并发症发生率低,安全性高,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of negative pressure drainage combined with minimally invasive incision in the treatment of intermaxillofacial infection. Methods A total of 92 cases of intermaxillofacial infection patients from March2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(46 cases) and study group(46 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with traditional open drainage, and the study group was treated with minimally invasive incision and negative pressure drainage. The clinical efficacy, scar width,scar length, amount of postoperative 24 h drainage, healing time, extubation rate at different time and complications rate of patients with intermaxillofacial infection in the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher, the study group had smaller scar width and scar length, less amount of postoperative 24 h drainage and shorter healing time, the extubation rate of the study group was higher at 1-5 h after treatment, and the extubation rate at 6-10 h and 11 h after treatment was lower, the total incidence of complications in the study group was lower(P〈0.05). Conclusion Negative pressure drainage combined with minimally invasive incision in the treatment of intermaxillofacial infection has significant application effect, which can not only shorten the treatment cycle of patient, with small postoperative scar and good cosmetic effect, but also promote rapid healing of incision, with low complication rate and high security. It is worthy of popularization and application.
