不同剂量阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的效果

Effect of intravenous thrombolytic therapy with different doses of alteplase in acute ischemic stroke

目的评价急性缺血性脑卒中应用不同剂量阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗的效果。方法将本院收治的80例急性缺血性脑卒中患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)与试验组(40例)。对照组与试验组患者分别给予低剂量与标准剂量阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗,分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者的NHISS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的hs-CRP、TNF-α、PS、IL-1、IL-6、IL-8水平均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急性缺血性脑卒中患者临床治疗中,采用标准剂量阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗,效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of intravenous thrombolysis therapy with different doses of alteplase in acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute ischemic stroke in our hospital were randomly divided into control group（40 cases） and experimental group（40 cases）. Patients in the control group and experimental group received low-dose and standard-dose alteplase intravenous thrombolytic therapy respectively. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the NHISS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α, PS, IL-1, IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those of the experimental group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke, the standard-dose of alteplase intravenous thrombolytic therapy has significant effect, it is worthy of promotion and application.
